Ken Morrison founded Morrison Video Productions (now MVP Video & Promotions) in 2007 to produce corporate promotional, training, orientation, and safety videos. He has won seven major awards for his productions, including two Communicator Awards, an Ava Award, a Davey Award, and three Telly Awards. Ken is a certified legal videographer, and he is in high demand by court reporting agencies and attorneys nationwide. He is also an FAA-certified drone pilot.

Ken graduated from Elon College, now Elon University, with a B.A. in Broadcast Communications. Ken (a.k.a. Jokeboy) worked as a co-host for the morning show at 98.7 KISS FM in the ’80s, along with stints at other radio stations where he was an announcer and wrote and produced comedy for on-air personalities in several states. After his career in radio, Ken taught history and was a school administrator before starting his video production company.

Ken and his family are avid horse lovers and can be seen frequently at local and regional horse shows where his daughter (and sometimes his wife) competes. Ken is an excellent horse show dad and excels at holding the lead line, giving treats to the horses, and videotaping his favorite equestrian, his daughter Kendall.

Yvonne Morrison has over 30 years of experience in the apparel and promotional products industry helping clients target their message and promote their image. She was previously a magazine editor, writer, and photographer and enjoys writing, proofreading, and editing. She earned a B.A. in English/Journalism and minors in Business and Music from Elon College (now Elon University).

Yvonne established Image Apparel & Marketing in 1994 as a supplier of logoed apparel and later expanded to become a full-service promotional products and apparel company. In 2011, Image Apparel & Marketing became an affiliate of AIA, one of the nation’s largest distributor networks, which enabled her to expand her client base and offer the most competitive pricing in the industry. Since the merger, MVP Video & Promotions remains affiliated with AIA.

Yvonne loves to ride and spend time with her and her daughter’s horses named Tyson, Ravi, and Patriot.

Tammy Kernodle creates the face of your brand with distinctive design and print collateral including logos, brochures, sales flyers, newsletters, and packaging design. Her career as a graphic artist includes 21 years as a Mac specialist and systems manager for a large area packaging company, 11 years as a graphic artist including six in photo reproduction and retouching, and 21 years as a freelance graphic designer specializing in artwork for marketing and screen printing. Tammy holds an associate degree in commercial art from Alamance Community College.

Enjoying her grandkids is her favorite pastime, along with studying history and genealogy.

Kendall Morrison provides voice-over and on-camera talent for clients including spokesperson appearances and product demonstrations. Her voice-over work includes animated characters who appear in videos produced by her dad, Ken Morrison.

Kendall graduated from NC State University and is an accomplished equestrian, having won several statewide championships with her beloved horses Ravi and Tyson and a World Reserve Championship with Ravi. She and her horses have been featured models for several area equine photographers.

Ryder is a “man” of many talents. He oversees all operations at MVP Video & Promotions, often from the comfort of his bed. His managerial style is a paws-off approach, but he will step in to help when necessary.

Ryder’s favorite hobbies are going to the mailbox to get the mail, rounding up horses at the barn, and moonlight walks in the backyard. He’s currently working on his second book, having chewed up the first one when he was a puppy.

Ryder’s commitment to the company is reflected in his generosity. In lieu of monetary compensation for his work, he only asks for belly rubs.

Harper is an expert in canine and human relations. She genuinely loves everyone, and the entire staff loves her. She occasionally finds herself in a power struggle with our CEO, Ryder, but she usually ends up with the toy.

Harper is a pitbull-chihuahua mix. Because of HIPAA regulations, we can’t tell you more than that. You’ll have to imagine the rest on your own.
